Brightstor arcserver 11.5 Exchange database level backup missing after upgrade to sp4

Cause:
If your using brightsotr arcserve with sp3 and if you upgrade it to sp4 it will dissapear your exchange server database level backup from the brightstor console.
Solution:
Remove exsiting brightstor arcserve backup software with sp3 and reinstall the server setup with sp4.
